Meet The Members

Introduction:
I am the owner/operator of the Active Green +Ross location in Mississauga for the past 20 years.

Background:
I studied accounting and economics at the University of Toronto. Started working in the insurance industry for a short period of time before entering into the automotive service industry.

Expertise:
I have 32 years experience in the automotive service industry and have seen many changes on how vehicles have become more environmentally friendly and safer. My staff and I have attended many tire testing training courses so we can properly guide our clients to make the proper tire purchase to satisfy their personal needs. We run our business with the heart of a teacher and inform our clients so they can make the best decision for themselves.

Hobbies:
I like to play golf and baseball. I have participated in poker tournaments and periodically like to play blackjack at one of the casinos. Traveling and reading fiction and nonfiction in my spare time is always a pleasure.

Something Nobody Else Knows About You:
Played competitive baseball  throughout my youth. Our ancestors were the one to commission Leonardi DaVinci to paint “TheLastSupper”              

Philosophy:
“Don’t wish things were better, wish you were better”

Achievements:
Been married for 33 years to a wonderful wife and helped raised 3 kids become great adults.

Projects:
Working on the upcoming new MTO vehicle safety standards.

Current Focus:
Mentoring my younger staff to eventually take over my duties and then I can focus on helping other automotive service locations become more efficient and profitable
